Trucks.
Loading scrap by truck is particularly important to us.
Because, with our reliable container servicewe can guarantee our customers fast collection of their collected scrap.
It takes four to five days for our ship, which we loaded in Deizisau, to reach the port of Rotterdam.
After reloading onto seagoing vessels, the loaded material is sent, for example, to Spain, Turkey, India, Indonesia or Korea for melting down.
Of course, we also supply the German plants on the Rhine and Ruhr.

Ship.
When large quantities of material have to be moved, we go on the water.
The most economical and environmentally friendly way to transport scrap is by ship. This relieves the pressure on our busy German roads.
Did you know that a single shipload of approx. 1,500 tonnes is equivalent to the load volume of 60 trucks or 30 rail wagons?
Our (two) plants in Dettingen and Deizisau have their own railway siding.
