Household scrap
such as bicycles, old cutlery and
metal objects.

Mixed scrap
such as sheet metal, pipes, machines, cleaned
tanks, girders.

Our recycling result:
single-variety shredded scrap

PRODUCTS

Steel scrap

Our reprocessing methods return metal goods that have become unusable in households and businesses to the raw material cycle.

With our two high-performance pressing plants, we are the leading pressing company for sheet metal waste from production and trade in the Mittlerer Neckar region.

With our direct-use bales measuring 40 x 40 cm, we supply steelworks with galvanised bales and foundries with black, unalloyed bales.

Sheet metal scrap

Sheet metal waste turns into bales.
Sheet metal scrap is produced in the production of body parts in vehicle construction and in stamping shops. The amount
of sheet metal used has increased due to advancing technical development.

This grade includes, among others, railway rails, metal trimmings, and cast brake drums. The primary materials for the foundry industry are produced with great care at Schrott-Bosch.

The required quality standards are always met, both in the area of stamping waste and in the cupola furnace scrap.

Stamping waste.

Stamping waste becomes primary material for foundries.
Modern manufacturing processes, such as stamping, always produce waste with a special characteristic. If a material meets the high quality requirements of the foundry industry, it is referred to as foundry scrap.

These alloying elements are also what give the various stainless steels their value, which is why stainless steels have become a sought-after scrap.

This applies to the same extent to the high-speed steels and hard metals, which become a valuable secondary material due to alloying elements such as cobalt, vanadium and tungsten.

Stainless steel scrap

Stainless steel – a special kind of scrap.
Today, stainless steels are predominantly used in areas where corrosion, acid or heat resistance is important. These materials are well able to withstand the often extreme conditions of use due to their valuable alloy components, such as nickel, chromium or molybdenum.

Aluminium is a very expensive material to produce in primary production. By recycling aluminium scrap, only a fraction of the energy is needed to produce new material.

Together with the aluminium smelters, Schrott-Bosch GmbH offers environmentally friendly aluminium recovery.

PRODUCTS

Aluminium waste.

Aluminium waste becomes aluminium for smelters.
The aluminium leftovers from industry and trade are quickly and efficiently brought up to the required quality standard at Schrott-Bosch. Consistent separation by type is decisive for use and price – and you benefit from this.

Our task is to continuously and reliably supply metallurgical plants with high-quality products that are ready for immediate use.

Schrott-Bosch has solid and reliable business partners.

PRODUCTS

Copper waste.

Copper scrap & copper alloys are turned into copper for smelting works.
One of the most valuable and beautiful types of scrap naturally requires competent treatment with specific expertise. Your copper waste and copper alloys (such as brass and bronze) are in good hands with us.

This system technology is used here:

• Pre-shredder
• Granulators
• Separation table
• Tumbler screening machine
• Washing basin

PRODUCTS

Cable waste.

Wherever cables are laid, old cables and cable waste are the result.
Recycling cables requires a high level of experience and competence. With our high-tech processing plants, we are able to produce directly
usable copper and plastic granulates from old cable waste in an environmentally friendly way.
